Coldwell Banker BVI approached Odyssey Consultancy to support on improving website UX, elevate their social media and email marketing activity to drive more leads for the business.
What we did
Odyssey undertook a UX review of the site highlighting quick wins, core technical issues and page redesigns to introduce a stronger more intuitive user journey.
On social, we implemented a more consistent and frequent strategy utilising video content that resonated with their international HNW audiences and boosted key properties. Introducing reels and short video clips was a crucial part of our strategy.
Email designs were being sent using basic Mailchimp templates so we redesigned them with a more premium aesthetic.
Results
Within the first 6 months:
Website: After undertaking a technical SEO audit, the now scores 79/100 from 59/100.
A new homepage and villa pages are currently being built.
Social: Engagement rate increased by 220% surpassing the 7% engagement rate average on Instagram.
Website traffic has increased by 251%
Sales leads significantly increased attributed to the increased social activity some of which translated into offers of properties and land for sale.
Email Marketing: Since redesigning the email templates and increasing the number, open rates average at 39.1% and click through rates 3.3% which are above average in the real-estate industry
